Our group is one of 18 Partner relationships established between cities in Wisconsin and cities in Nicaragua. The goal of Partner cities is to work together to support the economic and social needs of citizens in both countries. Partner cities are locally-controlled, citizen organizations that function independent of, but in coordination with, the state organization. Our Partners state organization is located on the University of Wisconsin campus at Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
Wisconsin/Nicaragua Partners Mission Statement - Wisconsin/Nicaragua Partners of the Americas, Inc. is a not-for-profit, non-political organization working to enhance the quality of life in both Wisconsin and Nicaragua through people-to-people programs promoting cultural awareness and sustainable community development.
